    The following series of photos illustrates the Metabolizer TM Workout.  This is a once every two weeks workout which is an element of our F.A.B. Fitness TrainingIt's a short and intense session that keeps your metabolism going and body burning fat for the remainder of the day.

    • We currently offer functional fitness, general sports, and football-specific versions of “The Program”.

            three training phases:

        Phase I -
     Anatomical Adaptation
                Phase II - Power, Speed, Agility
                Phase III - Anaerobic Conditioning

     

    • This training program is for individuals interested in enhancing their athleticism/bio mechanics and athletes who are serious about attaining the benefits that are availed the top players in scholastic sports, including: winning championships; being rewarded individual honors; receiving college scholarship offers; and, in select cases, preparing for a professional career.
    Functional Strength & Agility Training For Kids 6 - 13:
    • Introduces resistance training to young children in a safe structured environment.
    • Promotes a healthy lifestyle early on by encouraging children to participate in physical activities.
    • Gives young athletes a jump start on the functional coordination and agility needed for team sports.
    • Helps increase self-esteem as participants become more athletically competent.
    • Teaches kids healthy competition in a fun environment.
    • Develops camaraderie between children as they train and progress together.
